Green is also president of Hobby Lobby, the world’s largest privately owned arts and crafts retailer. Green authored his first book, Faith in America, in 2011. Green and his wife, Jackie, have been married for 30 years and reside in Oklahoma City. The family includes a son, five daughters, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law and three grandchildren.

Her lifetime story includes raising two small kids on her own during the Great Depression, writing, opening up a multi-million dollar corporation, overcoming cancer, serve as the first woman directors board for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and she received two honorary doctorates before her death in 1986.
